You need this Toasty S’mores Dip in your life!  The dip goes from counter to oven in less than 5 minutes, and as an added bonus it’s something your ravenous kids and teenagers can easily make for themselves.

The first thing you need is a pie plate like this beautiful one that was gifted to me by Jefferson Street Ceramics.  Besides the obvious beauty of this pie plate, one of my favorite parts is that it’s handcrafted in the US …. and broiler safe!  Have you noticed that not all pie plates are broiler safe?  How’s a person supposed to make a good meringue pie anymore?!

Here’s an Amazon link if you would like to buy one for a baker in your life (including yourself!)

What if I don’t like Peanut Butter?

Next layer 12 peanut butter cups in the bottom of the pie dish.  For the peanut butter haters out there, you can sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips in the bottom of the pie dish instead.  I won’t ever understand you, but I’ll always love you!

Serve with graham crackers for dipping….

Toasty S’mores Dip

12 Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped*
3 cups mini marshmallows

Layer 12 peanut butter cups in the bottom of a pie dish and sprinkle mini marshmallows over the peanut butter cups.

Bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes, until marshmallows are golden and candy bars are melted. Start checking at the marshmallows at 10 minutes, adding more time as necessary.

Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping. But be careful not to burn yourself on the hot pan. Learn from my mistakes!

*VARIATION: Instead of laying the peanut butter cups over the bottom of the pie plate, sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips as your bottom layer.
