Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa is impossible to walk away from.  It’s full of fresh flavors, and a tiny bit of spice.  All that stands between you and your new favorite salsa is about 5 minutes of time in the kitchen.  You’re going to love it!

Here’s how it’s made!

Fire Roasted Tomatoes

You can use regular diced tomatoes, but if you can find these Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes and Garlic it will give your salsa a more complex and deep flavor.  If you can’t find it, don’t let it stop you from making this salsa – either way you’re going to love it!

Next add jarred jalapeno slices and some roughly chopped onion and cilantro.

And finally, add some lime juice, sugar, salt, and cumin.  Let’s be honest, juicing limes is never going to be my favorite kitchen job but a juicing tool like this makes it a whole lot easier.

Pulse until everything is combined and you have reached the desired consitency.  It goes fast, so you don’t want to turn your blender on and walk away.

For an incredible meal, try serving Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa with Grill Chicken Fajita Nachos and Creamy Queso.
