Happy Spring and Easter week! To celebrate, I’m definitely going to be making our favorite Spiced Carrot Cake and eating way too much of it. I’m reposting this recipe from last spring because it was a big hit! Be sure to make the cake a day in advance because it tastes even better the next day.
